Digital STL Files
All products are delivered digitally. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Nature of Products
All items sold on 3D Nine are digital STL files delivered instantly after purchase. No physical products are shipped. Access to the files, whether through direct download or cloud services, is considered as full delivery of the product.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if the files have not been downloaded and the request is made within 30 days of purchase, including situations where the customer simply changes their mind. Refunds are also available if a file is found to be corrupted, incomplete, unusable, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Support & Resolution
If an issue occurs with any file, customers are encouraged to contact us first. We will provide support, guidance, or replacement files whenever possible. Refunds are issued only if the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable assistance.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if the files have already been downloaded and no verified issue exists. We also do not issue refunds for problems caused by misuse, modifications, software incompatibility, or failure to review product details before purchase.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number along with a clear explanation of the issue. Each request is reviewed manually, and we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
