All purchases on 3DNine are delivered through a digital download system. After completing your order, you will receive access to a downloadable PDF file via the Shopify download page. This PDF contains a secure Google Drive link along with instructions to access your STL files.

Access to your download is typically granted within a few minutes after purchase. However, all orders are subject to a manual approval process, which may take up to 24 hours in some cases. This step helps ensure transaction security and prevent fraudulent activity.

Our digital products are available worldwide. As long as you have internet access, you can download and use your purchased files from anywhere.

Since all products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees or additional delivery charges apply to any order.

If you do not receive access to your files or encounter any issues with your download, please contact us. We will manually resend your access and ensure you receive your files as soon as possible.
